This is a quick and easy recipe; and extremely healthy. It serves as a great party snack, goes well with drinks, and is great meal when on a diet. This recipe is so easy that a beginner cook will face no issues making it and the experienced cook can add multiple variations to it by adding any other vegetable of your choice. Just try it once, it never fails.


Sweet corns                       : 1 cup

Cucumber                           : 1 large

Onion / Spring onion      : 1

Green chili                          : 1

Yellow bell pepper           : 1/4

Red bell pepper                   : 1/4

Carrot                                   : 1/2

Lemon                                  : 1

Paneer                                  : 100 gms (apprx. or less)

Peanuts                                 : 1 tbsp

Salt as per taste

Black pepper                       : 1/4 tsp

Chaat Masala                      : 1/2 tsp

Butter and /or oil              : 1 tbsp


1.Boil the corns in water and some salt

2.Cut all the vegetables in small pieces

3.Put butter and a little oil in a pan and sauté paneer cubes for 2 minutes till golden and peanuts for less than a minute

4.Combine all chopped vegetables (cucumber, onion, green chili, bell peppers, carrot), sauted paneer & peanuts in a bowl with boiled corns

5.Add salt, black pepper, chaat masala and squeeze lemon juice

6.Give everything a mix and serve after garnishing with coriander.
