Bonesless chicken           : 500 gm

Ginger-garlic paste          : 2 tbsp

Red chili powder              : 2 tsp

Coriander powder           : 1 tsp

Cumin powder                  : 1 tsp

Garam Masala                   : 1/2 tsp

Chaat masala                     : 1 tsp

Black Pepper                      : 1 tsp

Salt                                     : 1 tsp

Green chili                          : 2

Butter or oil                        : 2 tbsp

Lemon juice                       : 2 tbsp

Curd                                   : 2 tbsp

Lemon juice, Melted Butter, Fresh cream, Onion rings and Coriander for garnish

Skewer sticks dipped in water for 15-20 minutes


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and give a good mix and keep the marination for 30 minutes in fridge
  2. Now, arrange marinated chicken pieces on stick and place in airfryer over a baking paper
  3. Brush melted butter over the chicken and airfry for 10 minutes each side at 200°C
  4. In the same bowl add melted butter, fresh cream, coriander and chaat masala and mix well
  5. Add airfried chicken in the mix and put lemon juice over it and serve hot

Important tips: If airfrying, do not airfry more than required else it leads to dry dish. Different air fryers have different setting, capacity and heat levels, so do keep a close check if doing it for first time
